Starting pay rate: $20.00 hourly DOE
Guards needed for FULL-TIME MORNING to begin immediately at an Apartment Complex located in San Jose, CA. All applicants must be available and willing to work holidays and weekends when necessary.

All applicants must be able to perform the following duties:
Conduct Foot Patrols of interior and exterior areas of assigned buildings/ locations
Write detailed reports of suspicious activities and/or persons
Provide excellent customer care to clients and customers
Other duties as assigned by clients and management personnel
All guards must meet following requirements:
-Must have valid CA guard card and pass background check
-Must have own vehicle.
-Must have professional appearance.
-Must be able to perform required duties without direct supervision.
-Must be available to start ASAP
-Must be able to read and write in English
